"Also does it have the same menacing vibe as this?"
No.
MHTRTC is puts you into a trance. Some find it quite repetitive but that's the nature of the album.
Listen to the first 2 tracks and you'll know if it's for you.
Their 3rd album is the most relaxing out of all 3.

An Eagle In Your Mind is probably the only "creepy" song on the album.

I like smoked salmon, and squid/octopus if you count that, apart from that I don't really like fish

"just unsure why everyone forgets their début"
Maybe because it was only limited to 50 copies?...
Plus MHTRTC set them off. Not Boc Maxima.

Might have to 4.5
1969 is still so so fucking good. Best track by far. Actually think The Devil is one of the weaker tracks

really? it's sooooo cool though. anyone else know how it was put together?
1969 is the most immediate song here and definitely one of my favourites, but after repeat listens i think julia and candy, music is math, and dawn chorus are my favourites.

All good choices. Mine's prob Over the Horizon Radar

It doesn't feel like it has anything driving it. The parts within the song don't feel that connected
and they don't harmonise much. Still good. And yeah Music is Math is probably my 2nd favourite.
Weird to have one of the "interlude" tracks as your favourite.
