Sorry but I think that saying that Breaking Benjamin sound like Three Days grace is pretty sad.

I'm sorry if I was rude. Yesterday I was not in the best mood.

The only similarities are the angst-centered lyrics and their similar fanbases, otherwise they don't really sound alike.

They have very similar styles at the least, Post-Grunge and all that.

Yeah, I know they're in the same genre. Not saying they don't have similarities, it's just that whole argument of "all post-grunge bands sound the same, omg power chords" gets old, not that you were saying that or anything, just a pet peeve of mine.

Nah, it's just that they both do have a power chord oriented sound, and both vocalists can sound similar at times.

They're in the same ball-park, but not on the same team.

three days grace and bb don't really sound the same at all to me. the vocalists are extremely different.

Yeah, I was gonna say something about that, but let it go. As much as people call BB 'mainstream', TDG sort of have more of a poppy feel to them imo.

I think it's the other way around. At least before 3DG's latest.

Both bands have adapted a more mainstream-friendly style for their latest albums, but I still hesitate to call Breaking Benjamin a completely "mainstream" band whereas TDG I would say that applies.

"I think it's the other way around. At least before 3DG's latest." Maybe "less heavy" is a more appropriate description.
