Any of that raw emotion lacking on the album suggested by people (I can sort of see where you're coming from) is not present in the live shows. I've seen 2 shows so far and got 2 more to see in Sydney... freaking AMAZING!

injury update from the last sydney concert:
1. whiplash
2. black and bruised-as-fuck knee from falling on a beer can really hard.
3. wound at the back of my head. i'm not sure what hit me but i was drunk and shrugged it off. i found dry blood in my hair this morning and a nice little gash.
most people would call getting hurt a bad thing. but when it comes to concerts, the more you get hurt, the better the experience.

about once or twice a day, i get a random part from a song on here stuck in my head, and i go,"FUUUU...i NEED to listen to Sound Awake again."
