Constellations officially brought me into abr. So then I got Thrill Seeker and was like "HOLLY ****ING S***! So then I had to get this album, and went "OH MY F****** GOD THIS S*** ROCKS. Now I think back to Constellations and have to wonder

What the fuck happened?

Not bad stuff, but it's just too samey for me. Every breakdown on this album is almost identical.

I still say Thrill Seeker is their worst album and it's still pretty good.

I used to love Messengers, I can't listen to it as often as I used to but I still love it. Composure/Truth Of a Liar/Up Against The Ropes/The Blinding Light/Balance/Redemption are all stellar tracks.

Hardly had any effect on me. In comparison to Constellations and Leveler, this record is obviously lacking what the other two records have. Not to mention, the drums on this sound like shit. It'll grow on me, eventually..
