This album's production is the best I've ever heard.

Amazing album, even if too fucking long, and some songs really never clicked on me. Anyway, with tunes like "To Forgive", "Galapogos", "Fuck You", "By Starlight"...I fell in love with it anyway. My favourite from them by the way always been and still is "Siamese Dream". That record screamed perfection.

This album was the soundtrack of the 90's. With a voice you either love or hate, Corgan steals the show on "Mellon Collie." Clocking in over 2 hours, I love to spend an afternoon listening to this album. If you're a fan of this type of music, be sure to check out my music blog: http://goo.gl/W4vlhf

I feel like it's a reference to something that I've read before, but can't recall exactly what it is

I just thought it was in keeping with the 'ye olde rock' romantic vibe he's got going here

But no one's asking for the truth, so let me tell you
If you spin your love around
The secrets of your dreams
You may find your love is gone
And is not quite what it seemed
To appear to disappear
Beneath all your darkest fears
To the revelations of fresh faced youth
No one will come to save you

The heavy tracks here thrown onto one disc would be the best Black Sabbath record post '73.
