I remember what this sounds like but I don't remember a single thing about New Bermuda so that probably means I like this more

I don't know how anyone could listen to New Bermuda and not find it rushed. None of the tracks flow at all, and that's not just a knock on the track order because it would just sound like a collection of songs no matter how you order it. There's no cohesion on the album, at least nowhere near what they did with this and Roads to Judah.

Even the transitions in each of the tracks are clunky like they wrote all the parts and pasted them together. Hell, I even like New Bermuda for the most part, but they clearly took way more time on this album. The attention to detail is here; can't really say that for New Bermuda.

I feel like I've tried this album so many times but I just can't get into it. It might just be BM in general. Is this considered entry level? I like melodeath a lot and am told BAN is a good place to start for melodeath fans.

This is entry entry level. But if you're a big melodeath fan you should be listening to Storm of the Light's Bane by Dissection. Actually. Start at Reinkaos and work your way back.

Also worth checking out: the former guitarist of this band started Black Monolith. They're basically a clone of this band with more energetic punk-style drumming. Really fun stuff.

I'm not a big punk fan so I dunno how that'll vibe with me but I'll try dissection after work.

I wish dude.

I pulled it from some business research report that I was reading at work. He had a short bio in the intro section.
