If only Handcuffs had better lyrics and Not the Sun didn't have such a shitty chorus, this would be legitimately perfect. Still a hard 5 nevertheless.

Yeah Not the Sun bridge compensates for the chorus and prevents it from ruining the 5, same with the vocal performance/melody on Handcuffs.

The second verse in You Won't Know is a "holy shit" moment every damn time.

I'm a really big lyrics guy and to me it's immediately obvious that Lacey didn't write them because they're so far behind the rest. They just try so hard to be shocking with that drowning babies crap that it's just ugggh

Cringe-worthy line. I do love the "Its hard to be the better man, when you forget you're trying" part though.

Such a powerful track. It actually blows my mind how the good the first six songs on this are.

I swear I've heard the "Its hard to be the better man, when you forget you're trying" part a million times before though so it kinda loses its charm. Only lyric I sorta like from Handcuffs is the "pedal to the floor, who could ask for more?/a fantastic way to kill some time" one.

Good point, and a decent line. I kinda wish Limousine was the closer, would be such an epic way to end the album.

Play Crack The Sky is fucking brilliant closing track.

All their closers are pretty monumental, but Play Crack the Sky might be my favourite. That last verse...

Agreed that Limousine should be the closer though.
