Like there are parts of the record that make me go 'yeah... you're no longer listening to postrock screamo, this is definitely metal'... but then there's the creepy and relaxing song that sounds like something La Dispute would come up with.

I thought it was pretty well know that it was, but I can't provide evidence to back it up. I think the album even sounds rushed and just put together.

Well what I meant is that it doesn't SOUND rushed at all. No idea what the band members said about it, so can't argue about that. If it indeed was rushed, they managed it effortlessly imo.

I don't normally get this defensive but you're simply wrong to say that Bermuda is better than this. It's approaches total objectivity that this is better and the Bermuda is a waste.
