Really Def? For the thrashy riffs?

I see you haven't jam their first record, and I kinda order you to do so.

Yeah many edgelords started their career in a Tool thread.

Look at eg. Johnny and Trifo - nice guys, who just couldn't resist being mean.

And now they have tasted it and not rejected it, they may never be really nice again.

No I didn't...Is Roads to Judah more like Sunbather?

"For the thrashy riffs?" Yes...I like more the "come and go" songwriting than the endless emo crescendo from sunbather - unpopular opinion I know.

"maynard would probz be in team h8r" You could have a point if "team h8r" was the minority...

"Wtf ddd" precisely...I like them both tho...I just have some issues with the straight blackgaze they invented...

Yup Roads to Judah is more in Sunbather's vibe than the next two.

I agree with the lack of malice, but I love the record because it it so damn emotional, and I think Deafheaven are better in that style of music than in a thrashy dreamy blackgaze mood. If I want some malice I'm pounding Nails or stuff like that.
