About the objectivity/album rating thing... I don't go out of my way to listen to bad music, that would be pointless. I think...



a) I used to listen to stuff my mates did & some of it wasn't really my thing, or I've changed massively since.

b) In the past I've bought albums almost completely at random, sometimes with disastrous results.

c) I'm seemingly reasonably fussy & also quite harsh with my ratings compared to some, a 3 to me is GOOD not 'a bit rubbish'
