album is awesome. Not a very gritty or trve trve death metal experience but it's sweet for what it is. Occasionally heavy riffs, pretty vicious vocals, ripping solos, and a warm atmosphere on the most melodic tracks

Tbh I've never gotten the whole "they're better live" thing when it comes to bands I'm not really fond of. I've never seen a band I disliked and changed my opinion of them when I saw them play. Then again, concerts are getting expensive enough as is, so I just use my hard earned money to see someone I actually like instead.
