I really like morbier, but sometimes its texture is too gummy for my taste. Langres on the other hand never disappoints.

thats the beauty of having like 200 cheeses to pick from right

sometimes you cravin morbier sometimes you wanna dig right into a nice stinky room temperature camembert sometimes you want a basque brebis sometimes nothin sounds better than a nice sharp roquefort or bleu d'auvergne

but most usually its comté i want

I like it when the tiny crystals in the comté crunch under your teeth.

Haven't tried Asiago, but def will if it comes my way. Cheese is addictive, and withdrawal symptoms concern me.
