The two Rhodes albums were awesome and Bark at the Moon was great, but I have heard something after that, and it was about on the level of Angry Machines.

There are 3-4 albums of his that I really enjoy but none comes close to Holy Diver or Last in Line for me.

Dio solo career is way better, Ozzy's best is Blizzard of Ozz and is not even close to Holy Diver

'If Blizzard was a Sabbath album it would be no higher than 9th best.'
Assuming Ozzy era only, I'd have Blizzard about 7th. It's easily superior to TE and NSD.

It's easily superior to TE and NSD [2]. I 4.5ed Blizzard but at least .5 of that is because of Rhodes.

Tonberry chooses not to wear a Christmas hat this year. And yes, the Neon Knights solo never loses its magnificence.
