People remember LB being worse than they actually were.
This album is rated as their best because its been deemed less embarrassing by the cool people to like LB now, even if on an ironic,.self conscious level. Only thing is Significant Other is miles better. Even Choc Starfish is much better. Out of Style and Dad Vibes are the only bangers imo. Rest is average.

Nah. It has its flaws, but it’s as good as chocolate starfish and significant other. Gold cobra is easily the best thing they’ve ever produced. Just wish this was a bit longer and had a couple more heavy tracks included

Gold Cobra is too long for its own good but it sits nicely between angry bizkit and fun bizkit.
Put Back Porch and Combat Jazz instead of Walking Away and Loser and it immediately improves though

RMV has an EP worth of decent songs and some of the B sides were infinitely better than songs on the final album. Think I once compiled a tracklist for a version of the album which would have been pretty good overall.
