as we all know, the next Swans album is gonna be the last one by this line-up of the band.

So what do you think he's gonna do next? Nothing? Angels of Light? Or maybe just change the line-up and go on with Swans?

Ain't happening considering the next album is confirmed to not be the final Swans album. I presume the band will just go on hiatus for a few years while he does solo stuff or just spends time with his family.



It'd be cool if he managed to get Jarboe back in for the next line-up.

He might take a short break, but i think he loves music too much to ever retire. IMO he'll go back to angels.

I think the next album is supposed to be the last Swans album with the current lineup, or that's what I last read. if the next Swans album is the last, god I hope it's good

yeah he said "with the current lineup" but that doesn't necessarily mean there will be another one.

he probably would have said that the next one would be the last. period. if that's what he meant

I can't see Gira stopping anytime soon

bring Jarboe back would be epic.. maybe Gira retires maybe the lose the keyboard guy and get a new keyboard guy.. who knows what goes on in the mind of Gira.
