lol yeah. i don't like L Shaped Man much but i think touché could be really good at what ceremony was going for

well you know, l shaped man wasn't the first joy division channeling ceremony album, and with jeremy's singing being as lacklustre as the new album showed, i don't feel going all post-punk would've been a good route to take

it seems i'm one of the few who really dig jeremy's vocals in general

i found l shaped man to be a more blatant take on that style than zoo which is why i didn't say zoo lol

but i do disagree w you on TA doing that because skyscraper is the only song of theirs since the split with la dispute that i've liked. his clean vocals aren't ~incredible~ but with work they could be

the great repetition is ok too, forgot about that one. this album was a huge letdown for me when it came out and i didn't like gravity metaphorically either. haven't given the new one my undivided attention yet but it seemed better than this at least

I think his vocals are great, I've never had a problem with them.

Also always enjoyed Jeremy's vocals and lyrics

Stage Four has also grown on me as predicted (not that I didn't like it initially), listening with undivided attention and the lyrics up really makes it hit a lot harder
