I love Autre Temps, but it fits with the style of Shelter. For quintessential blackgaze track I would go with Là Où Naissent Les Couleurs Nouvelles or Faiseurs De Mondes. They both got it all imo

True, much of this has something in common with Shelter. Even their first album has imo, that's why Shelter isn't thaaat much of a departure imo and still pretty Alcest.
For some reason the title track here is one I can't remember no matter how often I listen to it. I want to love this album more, but it just doesn't hold up as well as their other work. Their weakest imo.

Yeah I think I overrate this one a tad, prob more of a 3.5 for me tbh. On the other hand I've currently got Shelter on a 3.5 but that's prob a 4 for me.
