You wrote "It used to be important, but now it's only important when it comes to my favorite bands." and I thought you were writing that you only buy albums from your favourite bands, which seems like the obvious thing people do.

No, I buy everything I want to hold on to, but mostly through Amazon Digital or iTunes and sometimes CDBaby.com (I prefer that place since most of the money goes to the band). I try to get Vinyl for my favorite bands or the actual CD if I've heard that there's anything worth a damn in it.

I'm a big cd guy, so if I have an album that I've liked for a relatively long time I'll be sure to pick it up sooner or later. I hate to sound like a criminal, but I'd never pay for songs on the internet.

I have very little time to spend on searching low quality files on doubtful sites. I prefer the fast and easy iTunes way. I don't give a damn about having a physical copy.

I just buy vinyl and stick it up on my walls. I made my walls all cork so i just pin that shit right through the middle.

There isn't enough walls for everything though so just the best shit gets put up there.

But your opinion doesn't count because of your stupid rating for this album.

Haha I really don't care what you do. I was just messing around. You were probably a little harsh with the 1 though.

Me neither. The long instrumental interlude in the middle of the album is kind of boring.

@Pillbox: so why is this album awful, anyway? it's cool, rate it what you want, but this isn't awful to my ears by any stretch of imagination

The long instrumental interlude in the middle of the album is kind of boring.

I totally agree, it's almost useless.

this band has such a great future ahead of them, so good and yet so much potential to be even better.

The instrumental is one of the coolest songs on the album (unless you're talking about that eight-minute ambient song... that could have probably been left off the album, but it's not bad).
