I still like Craig, but this was brilliant whereas Craig's later output was... not so much.
It'll be fun to see if the band keeps the new direction or changes back.

I just think Owens makes the band at least a bit less bland than they are on here. I never understood how this got any praise, it's just such a mediocre release IMO. Something with Owens tied to it at least usually makes people either love or hate it.

Yeah these dudes started a scene that was so much worse than anything they ever did. I think their first two albums are pretty good albums. Definitely a bit too focused on captivating the teen-angst-filled audience, but still good if immature stuff.
