Im a GD fan, I have to admit I miss the energy of old albums, the masterpiece of AI, but 21st has a few songs that suck (peacemaker, little girl, see the light and restless heart syndrome), but also songs that sound good but were the rythm is always interrupted (east jesus nowhere), its not bad as people say it is, but I hope this is the last type of "rock opera" album GD does, because here they suffer of over producing and throwing too much variety in that album, and you can see that live, the audience is decepointed and they realize they should have rethought this album...

by the way I did give this album 4.5, because it is a superb album, where GD really put effort into making something creative, inspired and stuff people who say it sucks obviously should shut their mouths because it does have truely great songs but I don't know I wish they had given this album more energetic songs then fucking last night on earth...

You know something's wrong when the best songs on an album are of genres that the band usually isn't notable for (the Jewish-ish songs like "Peacemaker" and "Little Girl"). Poor Green Day. They have caught a disease known as - no, not Restless Heart Syndrome - "Anal Socialist Syndrome".

I didn't say Green Day was Jewish. Some of their songs sound Jewish. But yes, they are anal socialists. Usually people become more conservative when they grow up. Not these guys. 37 and still liberal as hell.
