I've heard about Cynic before, but I've never listened to them before. Glad I finally checked this album out. Every song on here is pretty much perfect on their own, let alone together.

Can't believe I hadn't heard this until last night. Freaking AMAZING record. The hooks in "Space For This" sucked me in pretty quick, the tech is off the charts... good review John, I can see this becoming a modern classic without a problem.

Man, better late than never. Now you need to check out the other bands that did the same thing as these guys (i.e. played technical metal in the nineties and disappeared only to come back now) - Believer and Pestilence for now with Atheist on the way.
