well fuck me sideways for not knowing the deets of an album i last heard over a decade ago i suppose, anyway the janky swagger of this thing is way cooler than I remember
aaaand it just kinda keeps doing that same thing. Gonna keep at it, try it again see how it goes

Are we all in agreement that Human Interest is the ‘weakest’ here? It’s alright but feel like it’s overshadowed by a lot of the earlier material that does similar things, but better.
The opening run up to (and definitely including) Luau is god-tier

"Are we all in agreement that Human Interest is the 'weakest' here?"
Just listened to this again and Human Interest is at least in contention for my least favorite. It's all relative though
Rome Plows, Golden Brown, Luau and Sinews are the heaviest hitters on an album full of heavy hitters
|

'Human Interest' is far from the weakest here imo. My two lowest rated tracks (tied) are 'Do You Compute' and 'New Intro' but they're still 4/5's so this is like picking my least favorite Skittles color 🤷♂️

I ought to too. Straight up gone too soon, idc if they're a 90s band. These guys and Unwound sort of hit this 90s post-hardcore sweet spot that will never be hit again.
