Djent sucks. Like a lot of the musicians are very good, but they use their powers for evil. I'd say Meshuggah are the only djent band I still like, but that's because they aren't actually djent and were doing their thing like a decade before anyone else, in a way that hasn't even really been properly replicated. Metalcore is pretty ehh in the fake melodeath Killswitch, August Burns Red, Texas in July, All That Remains, As I Lay Dying sense, but metallic hardcore like The Swarm, Converge, Gaza, Coalesce, Botch, Harlots, Knut, that shit always kills.
Crunkcore isn't real, it can't hurt us.

Yeah, i hate djent. There are a couple bands i like that use it, but goddamn i hate that sound sometimes. With a bad tone? Good god!
