Lol 3D no-one ever claimed these guys were ‘majorly influenced’ by them, just that a specific song from this album (Foreign Anchor) sounded like something Daughters did (which song that is remains unclear to me).

Not even the entire song either, just that one specific guitar riff cause it utilizes that exact guitar effect that shows up on various songs from you wont get what you want that tbh i hadn't heard anywhere else until hearing "foreign anchor"
iirc "the reason they hate me" has the most prominent use of it on that album but like yeah im also not really trying to listen back through lmao

Same, Jay. I got that vinyl and that was in my top 10, but the one time I tried to listen to them a month or so ago... I just couldn't pull myself away from what was said about him.
I listen to a few bands where a member is a POS, but what he did is something I particularly cannot deal with.
