New song is truly awful, I would say unbelievably so, but these guys miss way more than they hit so I can't really say it comes as a surprise. Still a shame though, I would have liked some more dumb fun like we got with this one.

“You guys the new song is good wtf are you talking about”

Seems like the community is having some One More Light deja vu, tbh.

*releases The Hunting Party/Survival Horror* = REJOICE

*releases One More Light/DIE4U immediately afterwards* = WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS

Not that I’m defending DIE4U, I honestly don’t care much for the track at all.

I just love that most of the album is Rob Bourdon casually proving he could have been the drummer for a far heavier band

Well life sucks right now, so I bought a ticket to their show tonight. Gonna be a fucking blast seeing their set for the previous days

They still put on a good show from what I hear.

I bet it’s also theatrical. Speaking of drama, could Oli be the next Jared Leto? Has it already happened? Find out next time on As The Sputnik Refreshes.

In spite of the train wreck that was America, I’m still intrigued as to where the hell 30STM are going to go next, can’t lie.

I want them to make the best Tool album ever, again! Bring it back to the first album 🥰

Can confirm, it was a fucking sick concert. Think the touring break did Oli well as his vocals have never sounded better live

Finally checked this out, very pleasantly surprised. Agreed that it’s their best since Sempiternal fo sho. Was surprised by how much it rocked out. Honestly, I’d lost interest in this band after Amo (decent, but ultimately not happy with the direction) and that awful Music album.

Die4u is great. Sure, emo as fuck but who doesn't love a good late 2000s emo banger
