When a listener, or prospective listener reads the track list and spies the title "Glass Eyes" they might conjure mentally some poor soul blinded; hiding his disfigurement and disability behind two non-functioning prosthetic eyes. Glass eyes here describe someone seeing very clearly....maybe for the first time in a long time! "Glassy eyed light of day." I guess it is lost on most. I am not boasting of my powers of deduction, just trying to hip people to what lies beneath a first glance. Sputnik users they tend to be anti anything that is not visceral and glib...Not everyone of course. I lament this. You can't kick me anymore......LAST POST FROM THE LAST POET.
