It's weird to me that the vox are so off putting to everyone. I loved them from the first time I listened to Bad Dreams like four years ago. Everything about this band is perfect to me. The bluesy guitar work, the atmosphere, the tight, slightly laid back yet precise drumming. Everything fits in perfect together to create some beautiful fucking music.
Ughhhh I need to sit down and properly listen to this. I've had it on my ipod just waiting to be listened to for about two weeks now. This is my most anticipated release of 2014 and I haven't touched it yet idk man

I'm with you on loving them from the beginning but I can totally see why other people wouldn't like them. Someone I know said it sounded like he was listening to The Muppets - and yeah they can be kind of cartoonish if you aren't wholly sold on the band's style.
I like Bad Luck more than this TBH but this is still so fucking good.
