I don't actually think it's a 5 (more of a 3.5) but I had no choice to 5 this considering all the extremely low ratings

I like how you think you had to make a stand in light of all these low ratings (read: people's opinions)

I almost want to listen to this album just to see if it's really this bad. Though i must say a Korn/Skrillex collaboration sounds
interesting.... on paper.

It's one of those album that sounds great at first listen ut you get easily bored afterwards. Some good songs though. But if you are a korn or dubstep purist, I don't think you will like it.

Old news

Two bands release an album of the same name? I'll bet that's never happened before!

A good example is when The Beatles retroactively ripped off T-Pain's album title, Revolver.

Album is actually good, but there are ton of closed minded people out there. I can understand if you don't like the album. It's clearly polarizing. It just seems people are giving low ratings to spite the band and get attention.

Luckily the dubstep craze is dying down now, though it's not completely relinquished its hold.

Do you hate how this album sounds, or do you hate the idea of this album? Korn keeps up with the time with new sounds of this age, and if you are going to be narrow minded, listen to ACDC or Metallica. Your vocabulary was nice, but you act like Korn is not allowed to their own thing, which invented Nu metal.

I think your a dubstep purist, and your biaist. Im a Korn fan, so I support their artistic ability to try new things, and here I think It worked. Korn never said that they invented dubstep, and here is proof http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVXWW04pxLI look at it your self. I think it is a shame that you did not talk about HOW it was bad. You could have said mention what particularly was annoying about this album, what were the bad parts of the MUSIC. This site is to review the MUSIC that bands make, not the bands, not thier ideas. How is Korn clueless? Lets not forget that this album really is the first dubstep/numetal album out there, you cant say that korn copies off other bands. Next time, save me the dubstep purist shit, and talk about what was bad about the music. Saying that theres some sort of "Collision" is stupid, because your probably not used to rythm.

Korn never said that they invented dubstep,

Well either they invented it, thus making this original (which they didn't), or they copied a popular sound. Mixing dubstep and metal isn't an original concept, it's just one sound being put together with another. That's nothing groundbreaking

I think your a dubstep purist, and your biaist.

OK, mabe Im the best typer or whatever, I dont ever use the computer. I respect your opinion, I really wish you elaborate on how its not original. Who else dose this? Also, if you cannot see the similiarites between dubstep and Nu Metal, then you do not deserve to write this review. Korn admits they are not a metal band either, did you know that? They are whatever you want to call them. But go ahead, continue to bad mouth something I think you do not understand Nu Metal. If your not a fan, no problem. I think you are an intelligent person, and that you know alot there is to know about dubstep.

I don't think you have the faintest idea what dubstep is then, outside of the clownstep shit you must listen to if that's the kind of statement you plan on making

Sweet, then I'm calling them a metal band then! That was pointless
