I didn't say that it wasn't metalcore at all either. I just wouldn't call this metalcore because that lumps it in with bands like Converge and Coalesce. Then again, metalcore is obviously tainted as a word. Basically agree with what you said.

If I have to buy from itunes I usually pay for it and then download it for free somewhere else.

Not anymore. I'm never going to listen to it anyway, and I'm even too lazy to rip it. If I want a physical copy, I'd rather buy vinyl.

This is definitely good but when you look at it it's just the same crushing guitar formula + ambient transitions and purty vocals

and the guitar is eh on the most part.

I'm the same; I buy an album only to rip it to my computer and never actually listen to the cd, but still, isn't having the booklet (or whatever comes with the album/vinyl) important? I like case candy.
