Yes they can at the contrary. Singer Serge Fiori is perfect bilingual. They sing in French by choice, for the love of their native French language.

I don't know if this could be right up your alley as I consult your favorite bands. It's a mellow prog folk album with mostly a pastoral ambience. They have two other albums that worth checking out too. L'Heptade which is more symphonic prog, and their first eponymous album which is folk rock with a subtle progressive tendency.
