So, they scrapped Spit You Out from the tour's setlist and instead of, let's say, The Poison era b-sides or the good contents of the first EP to play in addition to the album, they opted for...
...fucking WTD and Knives. And Trivium chose In Waves. Fuck my life.

Knives is a banger tho

It is, but putting it on an anniversary tour setlist is pointless, same with WTD. There's, like, 4 pairs of songs from around 2005 to choose from for the encore, and yet, they went for something that has nothing to do with The Poison.

Yeah ‘Knives’ is fun, but I see your point about the anniversary thing - especially when it’s the bands signature album.

I’m not mad about an encore being non-Poison honestly. Especially if it’s a banger. Reasonable minds may differ though.

In Waves came across just as well if not better than any of the tracks off Ascendancy in that arena live setting tbh so I didn't mind. Great gig

The main groove in In Waves is a hitter

Wish this band didn't suck after this and like 2 songs on Scream Aim Fire, because while the lyrics are inevitably terrible the songs themselves are coming back at me with a vengeance

I still haven't forgiven them for Gravity.

are you implying the s/t had any redeeming qualities to it

Gravity still has some of my most replayed tracks and yes self titled is one of their best records

this band has no good records outside the poison

Maybe i will revist this one day. I doubt it but maybe

Decent album but nothing too special to me. However, Tears Don't Fall and 10 Years Today were incredible live. That riff in 10 years is perfection.

Just returned from the show. They did great, especially Padge. Also, Matt sounds ridiculous nowadays.
Orbit Culture did better I think, and Trivium did the best.
