Maybe you should stop listening to it then.

But I think that with a couple more listens it could be a 1.

I have one word for all of you:

This albums stinks so much. If I had to rank my one's it would be something like:

Korn > BEP > N-Dubz > Aiden > Limp Bizkit > Short Stack > Brokencyde > Aiden > Doomthrone > Emery > Scouting For Girls > The Ting Tings

That's pretty low!

You done gone too far, pardner.

MutatedFreek, just give it 2 minutes to grow on you, and then you'll realize that this is POST-HARDCORE'S FINEST!

2 MINUTES??!! IT WORKED IT'S MAGIC ON ME IN JUST 1!!!

Nah, that was me. It was funny for about a minute.

given the context I found it hilarious at the time.

What a roller coaster ride these last 10 minutes have been. I now realize that a 3 is the proper rating. Thank you, and good day to you all.

Haters will hate. This is indeed post-hardcore's finest ever!

Em's right, I don't wanna be caught with my pants down when it's STOP! HAMMER TIME!

anyway, I guess I'm just not into this kind of post hardcore. I find A City Safe From Sea much more ejoyable and with a lot more replay value than this.

Gotta say this thread has been through a lot. Everyone pretty much knows my feelings on this now so I'm not gonna repeat myself, suffice to say A Sin To Hold On To is so good it made my best tracks of '09 list.

And I have still only listened to this a couple times. Except for A Sin To Hold Onto and the title track, which I listened to a couple more times.

One listen is not enough time to digest the music ties, even if it is the simplist music in the world. This hit me on about the fourth listen after I was initially disappointed with it. All I'm saying is give it another chance, and if you still don't like it then fair enough.

Oh I know, this isn't a final rating. I just haven't gotten around to re-evaluating it, which I do plan to do.

I personally like A sin to hold on to & Edge of the world the most.

I have tried to enjoy this album, and I do not understand how it could scale to a 4, let alone a 5.

It is a good album though, even if most of these bands are borderline carbon copies of each other.
