Sorry guys, but it not a gossip. It's all explained pretty well in this video https://youtu.be/xvJeVnTIIhM?t=98. Aaron T: There is enough internal conflict individually between us.

In some of his post Isis interviews he mentions growing hassle with moving band in to different places, he had almost no time for personal life and solo projects, and thus kept him from growing as a musician and person. So there was a conflict, and there is a reason why you'll never see those guys together again, they were really tired of each other.

Yeah i was almost crying when they disbanded.. And stab in the back was that conflict situation.. So sad such a powerful band died off because of band members negative emotions towards each other in the end.

They handled it like professionals though. Isis ran its course and they moved on without distracting melodrama.

Oh boy. Can't wait til I get myself a famous band so I can have the most graceful band break-up ever.

I am absolutely delighted they broke up. Their next record would have sucked.

Wavering Radiant was, by far, the best place to stop. Even if you don't like the actual album, the sound they developed at that point was perfect.

This freaking band man. They can do no wrong. This album is sublime. Favorite has to be Altered Course. That epic build up and the minimalist drone ending to that song are life changing

I never got Altered Course. It's nice but distractingly long.

Yeah, this album's perfectly atmospheric. I hope their other albums are the same.

They have a damn consistent discography. I'm sure you'll come to love all their other albums, though Celestial and ITAOT are less immediate than the others

Celestial is of one those epic, monotonous sludge album, that makes you dizzy and completely destroyed. Classic.

I mean I have things 5'd that I don't love every moment on. honestly I'm not crazy about Altered Course, it's alright. but this album as a whole is definitely a stone cold classic.
