I like the big writing. It proves that they're not totally inept at all things on the internet.

I wanted to say something relevant just so I could have the 800th comment for this review.

I couldn't think of anything

Well, alright. This album is indeed very good. The only tracks I find to be slightly weak is probably Disposeable Heroes or maybe The Thing That Should Not Be. Battery is one hell of an opener :smoke:

Very solid album, however RtL is my fav 80's Metallica record.

GREAT album, absolute classic. I'm not a big metallica fan........they can 'rust in pieces' for all i care...but this is the only album that comes close to RIP and peace sells...Damage inc is a kick ass song.

This album is better than anything Megadeth have ever done. But that's just my take on it.

False. But then again Megadeth blow too so it's a pretty sucky comparison.

Agreed. Rust in Peace was supposed to be good, but when I got it and listened to it, I was like "this is all it is?".

I like The Thing That Should Not Be, but it's definitely not the best song on here.

The Thing That Should Not Be is probably my second least favourite song after Leper Messiah.

I prefer Rust in Peace to Peace Sells, this, and pretty much every other thrash album.

Battery is the most annoying song of all time.

Surely you find one of the songs from St. Anger more annoying?

Battery isn't the best off this album in my opinion, but would be the best song on almost any other thrash album
