it's defo a black comedy. varg is a total loser, Euronymous is implied to have been in love with Dead, and it generally makes the whole scene out to be a bunch of disillusioned teenagers who stumbled across something great but had no idea what to do with it

that all seems right except for euro being in love with dead lol. seems like some weirdo hollywood shit. i've never heard that even suggested in my like over a decade knowing about this story. pretty sure they hated each other. they were all just really really weird dudes.
