This album is pure masterpiece but I will say when their first post-hiatus song dropped I thought they'd gone full nickelback.
Some of the newer material is better/has grown on me, I think the re-recorded Artist is really good, vocals included, unlike many people, and i think the latest single they dropped, Open Your Eyes and Dream was really good as well.
But idk, they've never really quite touched this brilliance again.

Very true and fair, but you also see a lot of older bands either come back with or fizzle out with material that is so uninspired and boring and pales WILDLY in comparison to previous works, which is what their comeback felt like to me at first, but I'm happy for them to still be going and at least putting out decent material at this point.
