I dug it too, definitely needs more spins though.
Thom seems more inspired than ever nowadays.
Really solid Radiohead and solo record.
His solo material was meh for me before the new one.

Haha it's a very subtle record man.
I see it as a TKOL Pt. II in some respects and that album was very cold.
Your rating is understandable.

Regarding B-Sides: The Bends, OKC had considerably more. Heck, even Amnesiac and In Rainbows got a B-Sides disc, so 4 or 5 B-Sides isn't exactly much by those standards
Daily Mail is great btw but really sounds more like OKC (i think it was even written in that period?)

Anyone find the end of Daydreaming really unsettling? Feels like a transition from a spaced out dream into a nightmare.

According to wikipedia, The Daily Mail was written six years before release. Also they're not gonna have an extra albums worth of material with every main album they release for decades and decades, it was impressive enough that they did it up to Amnesiac, and then once more with IR.
The band members pursue solo projects and soundtracks now too, so we're lucky to get the 13-17 songs every 4-5 years that we've had consistently since HTTT (that album also has a bonus disc of b-sides if anyone didn't know, called Com Lag).
