Sowing Season - Really wanna cut this, but it does work q well as the opener
Millstone - Ultimate middle-of-the road song. Cut.
Jesus Christ - Keep
Degausser - Keep but cut that godawful couplet bridge and shift it towards the end
Limousine - Keep
You Won't Know - Either keep or release as a standalone single that puts the actual album to shame
Welcome to Bangkok - CUT
Not the Sun - keep, but swap with Degausser
Luca - mmmmm cut; Degausser later kinda obviates this and it's one of their more overrated
Untitled - too cute to cut, use this as an instrumental closer to follow Degausser
The Archers' Bows Have Broken - tough call. I guess probably cut and save for a killer b-sides/demo comp?
Handcuffs - cut, same situation as Archers'

Lol Johnny cutting the whole album pretty much?

On this one, if you just cut Same Logic and Desert I’d be happy with it and any complaints would be minor quibbles

divas everywhere !!
"Lol Johnny cutting the whole album pretty much?"
Lol maybe Luca can stay, just to pad things out ;] I think shifting Out of Mana or even 451 into Same Logic's slot wouldn't hurt this one at all. Gotta stick up for Desert though, always enjoyed that one and it's a nice shift of gears for them

Desert has a lot of good melodic ideas actually but it doesn’t come together for me, and the falsetto lines in the chorus kill it off.

Could Never Be Heaven is the 2nd best song on this record actually

3rd place is the lil guitar interlude after Teeth

Not the Sun has an 11/10 bridge though.

Arguably one of the best bridges of all time.

but Could Never Be Heaven is the closest to approaching average. No Control is underrated due to the awesome outro. Also Same Logic is a top 5 song on SF and is incredible.

Agree with all of this. But would add Desert to being average period (not even approaching, its average).

In the Water is the best song here though. Others are Can’t Get it Out and Waste (both of which are really underrated here), plus Same Logic and 137.

To me Not the Sun and Archers belong to a bizarro world album where BN decided to keep more of their pop punk influences. Don’t fit the atmosphere of the rest of the album. Not the Sun is a bit less of a problem than Archers though
