no they aren't? unless you think the windmill scene is just post-punk bands. they're debut is pretty clearly a more noisy math rock a la many 90s bands and the second album is like avant-prog. the closest you can even get to post-punk from their sound is a slight nod to the no wave scene which has miniscule relations to post-punk at best
