Tbf they played a bit of this on radio 1 but never the daytime shows anymore.
They used to though. I remember hearing Radiate and The Paddington Frisk back in like 2012 during the daytime and it was amazing
|
| |
Didnt they play live on bbc radio 1 or 3 or whatever back in the day?

yeah but a lot of bands do during the evening sessions. Shikari gets a fair bit of play on the 7pm show or rock show whenever they release anything but it's the daytime playlist they're never on

This really comes alive as a full listen, it's so fun from start to end. One of my most listened new albums in 2020. Only tried Mindsweep before this and it didn't win me over, but now I'll have to check the discog sooner or later

Came back to this for a couple days and was shocked that it’s only been 8 months. Could have sworn this was a 2019 release. Still just as good. This was a good direction for them.
