Gonna have to get to Lights on the Hill again, way too massive a track for one listen.

Two and a half minutes into the first track and this already has AOTY potential (my bar is low but also am v into this)

I think my least favourite is We feel the end, just because it might be a little bit too long.

Everything is awesome but the record truly begins to shine in the second half for me

This title track is dope. Getting beefed up Eternal Kingdom vibes from this so far

Same, with the crazy middle section of Ghost Trail being much like the second half of Nightwalkers. I love catchy post-metal.

Currently in the first half of Nightwalkers, but that section of Ghost Trail is one of my favourite moments from them so h y p e d

Vertikal was excellent, this is better.

(2) for both Ghost Trail and Nighwalkers. It’s gotten to a point where every track has at least one outstanding moment, but the whole is still greater. What. A. Band. Even The Silent Man is growing on me, even if it still feels like a tease of what’s to come, rather than a highlight in its own right. It makes sense as opener in that regard.

Love this from start to finish, the production is really nice as well.

And yes this really reminds me Eternal Kingdom as well. I'd say EK is more immediate though.

Okay this album was a total overload and is gonna take a while to sink in, but these guys are still at the top of their game. Awesome stuff.

Maybe the guy who said ‘We Feel The End’ is marginally too long is correct, just doesn’t quite justify its 7 minute runtime, other than that this is getting damn difficult to fault.

Second half is total fire. By the time The Fall hits, this album became prob AOTY for me

Silent Man's ending reminds me so much of the ending to Godflesh's Merciless I goddamn love it

AOTY is almost inevitable by this point, I’m just giving our Sput-residents ‘Joliette’ a few more days before finally pulling the trigger. Apologies guys, you’re a shoe-in for a top 5 finish (at worst).

at least you're giving it time to digest which is more than what most users do bother with these days

I was always going to give this one time, no sense in rating something before I’m ready, may as well wait till I’m comfortable. Admittedly not all albums get quite the same luxury this one will, but it’s definitely repaying the faith thus far.
