Lessard has great screams and doesn't use it in studio recordings, it is so bizarre honestly, I think the screams are what Clairvoyant is lacking the most, it really boggles my mind why he doesn't use his screams more often in the studio (I know it's the concept or whatever bit come on man, give us some screams bruh)

Yeah I don't miss the screams. It's the fact that he sounds like he took a valium before recording the vocals. It's not as boring as I remember it being though.

I can't get over how flat this album sounds compared to Language. Language for me is basically the perfect Contortionist album to me. The right balance.
The only downside Language has to me is that it doesn't have Flourish on it.

I see that. However, i also see it as a great album to just phase out too and i don't have that many albums that can do that for me, so i do not mind this direction. The melodies and harmonies are still as good as before
