This is really good, don't understand the 1-2 ratings at all tbh.

Agree so damn hard.

Far from Heritage but def more engaging than Pale Communion. This album flows like a little journey (especially thanks to The Seventh Sojourn's placement) with naturalistic and occult vibes. Shame that production blows

Productions alright but imo the mastering could be the problem, album sounds good on CD through a stereo but sounded much more claustrophobic and bass heavy through headphones/earphones. Not sure if that's because the youtube singles and Soundcloud stream were compressed (too much) or if it's due to plenty of other variables but that's just my experience with it.

I don't think making it sound prettier would make it much less boring.

If you found it boring then no, probably not. To me this is miles better than PC, and I liked that album, though it took a lot of growing. Bonus tracks are strong here too.

Yeah, the bonus tracks are great. Strong album, totally digging it tbh.

Production is the weakest link here indeed. Sounds muddy and many details are simply swallowed. Plus way to much reverb on the vocals. Makes them sound far away somehow...
