I'm mostly just doing this for comic effect but if you want a serious answer then yes absolutely

nothing on IV even comes close to His Hands Matched His Tongue or 1878 for me, even the best songs on IV are dragged down by being surrounded with some absolute shite

IV feels to me like the most cohesive album listens of the acts, so I could see where you're coming from with the lack of album highlights. But as a whole if feels superior to me.

no it's that there's no highlights in fact the opposite is true - I think it has a handful of their very best tracks in with their absolute worst ones. the whole thing is so choppy

agreed so hard. 1878 and his hands matched his tongue might be the 2 best TDH songs.

A Night on the Town and The Bitter Suite IV and V alone are better than pretty much anything on I-III imo. The rest of the album isn't as amazing as those two but I still think IV is second best only to V.

night on the town is overrated. i still love it but i was expecting like this actual 9 minute epic song and it's like 5 and a half minutes artifically propped up with 3+ minutes of dumb fluff

Am I the only person who has noticed that the beginning of the chorus to A Night on the Town is the same as Katy Perry's Firework?

That really put me off at first.

"if you're waiting for just some full out coheed pop hooks you will be disappointed. tdh are catchy but not quite as catchy and a different kind of catchy imo"

nigga please Coheed is the only band to make coheed pop hooks and I don't even expect it from them anymore. 100/5 albums only happen once in a Claudio

His Hands Matched His Tongue is a top 3 TDH track easily, would love to hear a remastered version

well its a lot newer so not as much time for people to discover it, also the earlier ratings tend to be higher than the later ones as the fans are the first to check it out.

This is definitely above act 4, but doesn't deserve to be as high as 2.

Act I means the most to me prolly, 1878 is their best non-flashy song

@Fluggy Not necessarily, it takes a bit to really click concept wise but it's totally worth it once it does.
