i used to love this album but it has grown off me quite significantly. I actually really resent the first track now. Last two are still awesome though.

You can't stand Luminol? Man, I had to stop everything I was doing - and I was in a serious hurry - the
first time I pushed play, just to listen to this extreme intro. I mean, what's it, 4 minutes in the song
before lyrics start? Wouldn't guess, I always thought it was a minute or two! Love this track. Also, every
song has smth distinctive to offer, Luminol: Jazz fusion, Driving Home: Epic rock solo, Watchmaker:
excellent intro, lyrics, mellotron etc. , The Pin Drop : Do I even have to remind you the sax on this?, The
Raven...: fuck, don't make me cry Steve.

@Torontonian yeah, it happens to me too sometimes, some albums can kind of lose their magic over time

I'm not as big on luminol as everyone else is. It's my least favorite of the "epics" and I also like the title track more.

Was digging quite a bit of PT lately and I'm still at odds with why he does solo shit.

@fallenbird Luminol is definitely not the best track on here, but it works brilliantly as an opener imo

@Wizard Musical differencies. Some want jazz, others want rock or metal. At least that's what I know.
