it's like this guy feels the need to challenge anyone who thinks differently from him.

"you don't know hip-hop like i doooooo" seems to be his only argument.

No the argument is many of the lyrics are ill informed. saying in Reagan the reason we attacked Libya twice was for oil is a good example, we get less than 1% of our oil from Libya. A lot of the lyrics are like that, really naive, but also a bunch good rhymes and hes still more informed than most of the trash people call hip hop

yeah you don't know hip hop like I do. I actually learn history before acting like I am in a equal position to judge things as people who know the history of hip hop. Its more than a music genre, it just became a music genre, if you don't know that your judging it based off pop-music criteria not hip hop criteria.

Not saying that you're wrong, but that's a bad example. We get less than 5% from Iraq, but it's a long-standing belief that that was at least part of the reason we went there in 2003.

Sorry he couldn't fit in a comprehensive account of our oil transactions in the Middle East while trying to stay in meter. Now THAT would be impressive.

Well he does stalk every rapper in the world just to make sure they're legit and are actually doing drugs and to make sure they're not like fake and shit, man.

I wouldn't be surprised if he compulsive kept track of u.s. oil transactions.

@lifeasachipmunk eminem wrote in his book he didn't do the drugs he wrote about early in his career and only eventually did them (around the time his music started to suck). But yeah id follow him around if i knew where he lived.

I always use rap albums as a source for historical education. You mean they occasionally make up ideas or embellish things simply for thematic presence? Preposterous
