The Fiancee has a "darker" vibe that I don't think any of the other records have which is neat.

Despite the lower rating for The Fiancée, I’ve been seeing mostly acclaim for it in the chariot thread pages I’ve gone through.



It’s strange, but I listened to both LL and OW a few more times, then just finished listening back to back…and I think I slightly prefer OW after all. And like LL slightly less (still love though).

don't know why this site was so harsh on that record back then but hey you'll also seen the avg for those early NJ records too



the band always seemed to be very proud of those particular songs
