also nah, they for sure have some post hardcore influences/elements. defs deserve to be grouped into that genre if only slightly. there are enough slow parts with singing to warrant it imo.

yeah they do, but a few sections in this album have a lot of really poppy sounding stuff, thus it has is post hardcore elements.

Killswitch Engage has tons of poppy moments and they are metalcore. 36 Crazyfists, ATR, Atreyu, TDWP, Underoath, Destroy The Runner, Still Remains, Asking Alexandria (ugh), IKTPQ, etc etc

I like Converge and Bring Me the Horizon (weird eh). I'm just saying that Converge kind of defines the genre and BMTH sound nothing like them. Genres are kind of stupid.
