I can get why someone may prefer overall, the Ozzy era over Dio's, but I can't understand how someone might prefer Vol. 4 over MR or H&H

I prefer the style of it and the standout tracks are better. Compare the top 4 songs from Vol. 4 to the top 4 on Heaven and Hell and Vol. 4 comes out on top easily.

I like to count The Straightener and Every Day Comes and Goes as completely different songs from Wheels and Under the Sun cause they are WAY better

They both fit into the songs perfectly. Especially The Straightener
