I just realized the lyrics "And God is whoever you perform for" might have a meaning I wasn't aware of. Originally I thought it was being responded to as if someone asked "Why am I performing this? Why am I living?" and the answer was "God is whoever you perform for" but now I realize it might be saying that God isn't some being, rather just the people around you; The people you interact with and who judge you on a daily basis.
Idk pretty sure my first interpretation was right but still

dude are you fucking retarded? the slow acoustic opening with the glimmering guitar work in the background, the depressing vocals, the way it transitions from an indie garage setting to a forefront well produced track.
I mean it has by far the most poignant lyrics in the entire album. Like when the song starts to get heavy and he says "Harddddddddd to beliiiiiieve, that after all this time, that after all this - I'm ... still meeeeeeeeee"
and what about the part with the Cello when he says "Takes a lot toooooooo make you craaaaaazyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
and a looooooooooot isssssssssssss always gooooooooooing on".
That's literally the best moment on the entire album. And all the lyrics are great.
